Sigmavision will be exhibiting its TreadReader tyre measurement technology for commercial vehicles at this year’s CV Show.
TreadReader is a patented product that generates accurate, three-dimensional tyre tread depth scans on dry as well as wet and dirty tyres.
The 3D scan can be carried out using a hand-held scanner or a drive-over ramp. Sigmavision has also developed a TreadReader app, designed to be used with the hand-held scanner, which can be downloaded free from the Google Play Store.
TreadReader tyre measurement technology can be integrated into an existing workshop or dealer management system, or electronic vehicle check management programme.
