The shortlist for the 2018 Tip-ex and Tank-ex Awards sees Cemex lead the way with three nomination across five categories, closely followed by tanker specialist Suttons and Yorkshire-based bulk haulage specialist Alfred Hymas which received two nominations.

The winners will be revealed at the Tip-ex Gala dinner, sponsored by SSAB Swedish Steel, on the evening of Friday 1 June. Tip-ex and Tank-ex 2018 takes place at the Harrogate Convention Centre between 31 May and 2 June.
The Show Innovation Award, sponsored by Iveco; Image of the Industry Award, sponsored by Wilcox, and Personality of the Year Award, sponsored by Hyva, have no shortlist and will all be revealed on the night.
Apprentice of the Year (the Steve Gray Memorial Award) will also be revealed on the night and is sponsored by Commercial Motor.
