Wincanton, London
Wincanton has five 7.5-tonne eCanters on the road making home deliveries in London and the South-East. The operator, along with DPD and Hovis were among the first operators to run the all-electric Canters back in March 2018.
Econ Engineering, Yorkshire
Econ Engineering have been putting snow ploughs on some of their 11 4x4 grit spreading Canters and hiring them out all over the country.
City Access Scaffolding, Edinburgh
Up in Edinburgh City Access Scaffolding use their automatic Canter 3.5 tonne to transport poles just under 4m long, along with other fixtures and tools around congested streets.
Soyfoods, Leicestershire
Refrigerated 7.5 tonne Canters are used by Leicestershire-based Soyfoods to make regular, multi-drop deliveries to retailers, restaurants, caterers and other customers located along the M1 and A1 corridors.
Along with operators, we also spoke to the sellers and servicers of the Canter range to learn about the finance options available, and the national network that keeps these small trucks on the road.
